As an athlete at Lindbergh High School, you are required to register through the Register My Athlete portal in order to participate in any sport or activity. There you will provide contact/health info and upload your athlete's completed physical form.

Sports Physicals are good for two years. Incoming 9th and 11th grade (or new) athletes will need physicals to participate.
