Our annual LFA election will be held virtually using Zoom on Thursday, December 17th at 7:00P.M.

Per the attached LFA constitution / by-laws every board position is open this year. If you plan to return next year you will still need to be elected at the annual LFA election / board meeting next month. The president, VP, Treasurer and Secretary are all 2 year terms and the 3 – At-Large are one year terms. There is a two consecutive term limit for all positions. The term limits do not apply until our next election in 2021 for all two year terms because they were not adopted until 2019.
ARTICLES VI – OFFICERS
SECTION 1
Officer of the LFA Board shall be the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, representative at-large #1, representative at-large #2 and representative at-large #3.
SECTION 2
The President, vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, representative at-large #1, representative at-large #2 and representative at-large #3 shall be elected at the annual meeting of the membership in the month of December to assume the office immediately to serve a term of (2) years for President, vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer and one (1) year for representatives at-large. No board member shall be allowed to hold the same position for more than consecutive (2) terms.
